With a focus on the ineffable: tracks, residues and traces, making something

intangible and unseen visible, such as cosmic rays, micro and macro

organisms, above and below ground, the passage of time and a memory of

place.

The exhibition presents and attempts to order these encounters, moving

towards more visceral and primal responses, from the ethereal and bodiless

to the corporeal and primal, embodied encounters with the natural world

occupy these painters.

Mutually Entangled positions painting as a site of exchange, where material,

body and land are understood as porous, osmotic, responsive and profoundly

connected.
